The Community Integration Initiative was a 4-year project funded by the Colorado Trust’s Supporting Immigrant & Refugee Families Initiative, started in 2005, and came to an end in December of 2009.

Increasing the awareness and appreciation between immigrant and receiving communities regarding each other's cultures;
Increasing immigrants' access to information and orientation regarding the communities in which they live and work;
Helping in the development and promotion of leaders in all culturual communities.
